Building with all Utility System including Electrical, HVAC, Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Protection; Telephone and Computer System, Lighting and Power System, Asphalt Concrete Access Road, Sheltered Car Parking; Fencing with Electrical Sliding Gate; New MGC Central Room with all Utility System, as aforesaid; Two (2) New Safe haven Rooms with all Facilities; Modification/Facility Upgrade, including HVAC, of existing Control Rooms (7No.); Chiller Plant; Testing, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of all completed installations as a complete, Safe, Functional and Fully Operational System.
