The project is to design, construct and operate an industrial effluent treatment plant to treat trade effluent arising from the tenants of ICAD development to a standard suitable for reuse as irrigation water & potentially as process water. The scope of work for permanents works: plant equipment and structure treating upto 40,000 M3 per day of industrial effluent, treated effluent storage tank, all interconnecting pipework, chambers and associated structures, all process control & equipment housing and buildings, office administration, laboratories and technical buildings, workshop facilities, welfare facilities for workforce, road works and parking facilities
