Our integrated operations and extensive inventory of construction equipment allows us to offer our clients a wider and more comprehensive scope of services, including large industrial construction projects, equipment installations, operation and maintenance services, road and runway construction, and large earthwork and civil maintenance projects.

We manage projects by establishing strong communication channels and close coordination with our clients, adhering to technical and operational controls and procedures for site safety, quality control and compliance with specifications.

Our control over resources allows us to be responsive, efficient and provide dependable services. We have also established operational control procedures relating to cost and scheduling, centralised procurement and stores, subcontract management, problem resolution and risk management.

Significant projects include:

KD 84.8 million (US$ 279.8 million) design, execution, completion and maintenance of the infrastructure of Shaddadiah Industrial Zone, Kuwait.

KD 5.8 million (US$ 19.1 million) design, construction and maintenance of four elevated U-turns along Nuwaiseeb Road, Kuwait.
