KUWAIT: Mushrif Trading and Contracting Co (MTCC) held Board meeting on 25 March 2012, for approving the Financial Results for the Year ended 2011. The Financial Statements indicated a consolidated Net Profit of over 2 Million(KD) and with Earning Per Share (EPS) of 10.04 (fils). The Board Members proposed not to distribute any dividends or bonus share for the year ended 2011.
