Public Authority for Housing Welfare, Kuwait (PAHW) recently received the KD36.2 million, Improving Soil, Roads, Car parks, Infrastructure Works & Transformer Substations at the North Sulaibkhat Housing Project from the Mushrif Trading & Contracting Co. (MUSHRIF), two months earlier than the planned end of Contract date.

The handing over ceremony was held in the presence of the Deputy Director General of PAHW Saleh Al-Nafisi who attended the event on behalf of the State Minister for Housing Affairs Mr. Shuaib Al-Muwaizeri. Al-Nafisi mentioned that the Company has respected the deadline, and he’s thrilled by the act.

Director Client Affairs for Mushrif, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jassar said the infrastructure was completed two months ahead of schedule, without pressure. He praised cooperation between PAHW and his Company which contributed to successfully carrying out the Project, in-time.

Highlights of the scope of Project included Soil Improvement of the entire project area, Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Roads, Parking areas, Networks of Infrastructure Services and Demarcation of (1426) Plots + 62 Residential Plots (Building) + 35 Electrical Substations (Type-4TR) and 17 Electrical Substations (Type-2TR) at Northwest Sulaibikhat Housing Project.
