Mushrif gets MOCI’s nod on capital hike to KWD40 mln The Minister of Commerce and Industry has issued a decree on Sunday (22/12/2013) approving the capital increase of Mushrif Trading & Contracting Co. to KD 40 million.

The approval came after the Minister reviewed the minutes of the company’s extraordinary general meeting dated 7/11/2012 and the approval of the Capital Markets Authority dated 16/7/2013.
