Further to our previous disclosure dated January 26, 2017, please be advised that the Company’s auditors have submitted their initial report to the Company’s Audit Committee with respect to the “Cost Transfer”. The Audit Committee is currently studying the report in order to evaluate its effect on the Company’s financials. This is expected to be finalized within one week after which the Audit Committee’s opinion will be shared with the Board of the Company

Meanwhile, the Company will keep the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and Boursa Kuwait Company K.S.C.P. continuously updated.
