The Executive Management and the Auditors of the company confirmed that most of the financial statements have been completed except for certain matters and the subject of the debt owed to the Company by Mushrif National Construction (MNC) Company. The current executive management has recommended reviewing this debt payable to Mushrif Trading & Contracting Company KSCP, in order to preserve the rights of the company and the Board of Directors ‘interest in the shareholders’ rights and in accordance with the principle of integrity of financial reports and transparency in the announcement of the debts financial assets. Based on the above, we expect to disclose the company’s financial statements no later than November 15, 2018.

Please note that the company will continue to coordinate and notify the Capital Market Authority and the Kuwait Stock Exchange of all details of any developments in this regard at the time.
