Further to our previous disclosure dated on November 17, 2016, kindly be informed that the Company’s auditors, according to their last meeting held with the Audit Committee of the Company on January 22, 2017, had requested more time in order to validate the accuracy of cost transfers between projects of the Company, and to audit the Company’s financials for the third quarter ended on September 30, 2016, without the auditors communicating a fixed date to finish the same.

Nevertheless, the Audit Committee members emphasized on the importance of finalizing this subject matter as soon as possible. Also they requested a detailed report on this subject within a period that does not exceed two weeks from date of the abovementioned meeting for the purpose of following up continuously.

Moreover, the company will maintain coordinating and notifying Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of all details, and will notify Kuwait Boursa Company K.S.C.P. of any updates in such regard immediately.
