Further to our previous disclosure on November 13, 2017 regarding the restructuring of the company, please note that we wish reason out as to why we cannot submit our financial statements by November 30, 2017, which is due to the exceptional circumstances that the company is undergoing. The audit of the financial statements by the external auditors is in full swing and will be completed immediately. Once completed we will notify it immediately.

Also, note that the company will continue to coordinate and notify the Kuwait Stock Exchange and the Capital Markets Authority with all the details and updates on any developments in this regard from time to time.
